Starting from R120 per person, our harvest tables are customized for date-specific events and come with a 2-hour labor service. We offer a variety of food items, carefully selected based on seasonal availability, to ensure the freshest ingredients for your event. Led by Zeanne, our qualified chef, we meticulously handle the packing and planning to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience. HARVEST TABLES

At HAPPEA, we are dedicated to providing fresh, wholesome meals that celebrate vibrant flavors and healthy living. We prepare our meals fresh daily, offering a different option each day to keep your palate excited and satisfied. With our new feature, you can now plan your month’s/ week meals ahead and make one convenient payment, ensuring a hassle-free dining experience. You are welcome to place your order the morning of. Customised orders can be place up until 08:30. We also accommodate the 'spur of the moment" orders- our drivers has extras with them. Send us a whatsapp and we can accommodate your order to the best of our ability. We cater to various dietary preferences, with customisable options available for vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian diets, although we are not halal certified. Deliveries take place between 10:00 and 13:00 daily, bringing delicious meals straight to your doorstep. Orders can still be placed easily through our online link: APP (https://take.app/happea). The meals are so delicious. The portions are good and affordable, whether it is a salad or hot meal. The salads have good, healthy but tasty combinations. I have not yet had an order that disappoints. They even provide a calorie count of the meal if you watching calories. Delivery option is great for ordering to the office and is delivered to the door, always early and fresh.

OUR STORY...

Happea was born in September 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic—a time of immense uncertainty and fear. As the world came to a standstill and loved ones passed away around us, the reality of being without an income was terrifying. Driven by a personal desire for healthy eating, I knew I needed to find a solution—not only for myself but for the community around me.

I saw a growing need for access to healthy, convenient meals, especially with our modern, time-pressed lifestyles. I envisioned a concept where individuals and companies could order wholesome meals, which we would then deliver to homes or workplaces. While it was a logistical challenge at first—grouping delivery areas and managing everything manually—I knew I was onto something special. After extensive planning, recipe testing, budgeting, and sourcing high-quality ingredients, Happea took shape.

We started small, delivering in the heart of Durbanville, but by 2024, we expanded to other areas in the Northern Suburbs.

By the end of 2020, I brought Gloria on board to help make the meals, and together, we grew the business. Gloria’s hard work not only helped Happea flourish but also enabled her son to complete his degree in 2022. Four years later, Happea has grown into a team of nine dedicated staff members, from cutters and packers to drivers, stock buyers, and administrators, all working to provide our delicious, wholesome products.

In February 2024, we transitioned to an an e-commerce ordering system, a move that changed everything. No more manually entering orders or tracking payments. Customers can now place orders for the week in advance or on a daily basis. We also stock meals at our shop, allowing walk-ins to grab a healthy bowl for lunch or dinner without pre-ordering.

At Happea, we believe that there is no excuse not to eat healthy. We are given one body to take care of, and when body, mind, and soul are nurtured, you become a Hap-pea person.
